1:1 coaching packages comprise:
- 3 months or 6 months support as standard; alternative durations also possible.
- A free half-hour chemistry call with the coachee.
- Fortnightly coaching sessions of 1.5 hours’ duration; these can be virtual, in-person or a combination.
- Check-ins and ad-hoc support between coaching sessions via email and/or messaging.
- After the final session, reflection and feedback questions for the coachee.
Group coaching programmes:
- These are designed bespoke for the cohort you have in mind and to meet your business needs.
- A typical coaching programme might include 5 x modules of 1.5 hours each, delivered virtually, in-person or a combination.
- Sessions are highly interactive with a mix of learning, individual reflection and small group work.
- Pre-work and session handouts typically included.
